• Registration occurs on a rolling basis for each of our year-round seasons.

• All team and free agent slots are 1st come, 1st served (except for impacted leagues). Registration is not complete until full payment is submitted. Most leagues have filled up before the start of the season so teams are advised to register as soon as possible. Free agents will be fully refunded if they are not assigned to a team, and team assignment depends on team captain requests. The league is able to accept several new players every season and assignments may be made after week 1 of league play.

• Teams sponsored by companies can avoid processing fees by requesting an invoice from the company and can be paid by check. Card Payments are accepted but will require a processing fee. To request invoice, email fellipe@hpanation.com

• Teams Players/Free Agents can avoid the credit card processing fee by coming into our office and paying with cash or sending via Venmo. Please click "SKIP/PAY LATER" at the payments page. Office is located at 275 N Minnewawa Ave. Clovis, CA 93612. Payments not received within 5 days may result in forfeiture of team slots. 

• Joga 559, official league brand of HPA,  strives to host safe, organized, and fun games and events. Players and teams may forfeit their fees and spot in the league as a result of gross misconduct. Due to the physical contact inherent in soccer, players must agree to participate in HPA games and events at their own risk; acceptance of the Waiver is required for participation.

• All teams are required to wear same-colored jersey tops. A on-time waiver of this requirement may be requested for new teams. Low-cost jersey recommendations are available upon request.

• Players may not participate in any HPA  events without a Player Pass. HPA will print out player passes at the beginning of the season.

• RAIN POLICY: All outdoor turf games are played rain or shine. In case turf conditions are not playable, games will be postponed to a later time. Please check schedules on the day of your game for any schedule changes.
