Specific information about this tournament including Rules, will be posted by December 11th, 2020. Teams that have registered will be sent all the information via email.

• Schedules are available no sooner than the week prior to the start date and can be viewed via your dashboard, and click Schedule & Standings.

• When the number of teams registered exceeds the number of available slots, registration will be prioritized to teams from immediately preceding seasons who are in *good standing*. If necessary, a lottery will be implemented.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT GRANITE PARK MAY HAVE AN ENTRANCE FEE TO THE PARK. THE TOURNAMENT FEE COVERS PLAYERS ENTRANCE FEE. SPECTATORS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE GATE FEE.

Division Details:

• Men (35 years old and over)

• Must be division age by January 16th, 2021 to play

Registration

• Team Fee: Early Bird (Ends March 10, 2021) - $1,100 + Processing Fee // Regular Pricing $1,300 + Processing Fees 

• Teams are not confirmed until payment has been received.

• If in the event that the tournament is not able to be hosted we will be in contact with team manager's on how to proceed further.

• To RSVP a deposit of $500 would have to be paid at the time of registration. Remaining balance must be paid by March 1, 2021 to guarantee spot.

• Teams can avoid a credit card processing fee if paid via Venmo to (@hpanationdotcom). If the payment method is Venmo must include in details: Event Name, Team Name, Manager's Name, Manager Email, Manager's Phone Number.

• If payment is late there will be a $25 fine.

COVID-19 Policy

• Mask or face covering are to be enforced at all times (exception of playing on the field)

• Further details will be explained in the Tournament Handbook (Link at bottom of page)

• 11 v 11

• 22 players MAX per roster

• Each team consists of a maximum of 11 players and a minimum of 7 on the field, one of whom must be the goalkeeper.

• 4 games guaranteed

• 3 Group Stage and Playoffs/Consolation Game

Sunday Tournament

• Games start at 9am and will end by 8pm on Sunday. Length of schedule may vary since depends on the # of teams registered.

• Games are (2) 30 minute halves with 5 minute halftime break

• Team managers must submit roster online by the Friday before the tournament start date.

Field location is Granite Park Sports Complex

• All fields are grass

• Fields are minimum of 110 x 55

• Face mask will be enforced for all in the Facility!! (exception of those who are on the field participating in play.)

• Dogs are not allowed at this park

• No outside food, drinks, and alcohol is allowed at this park. Players are allowed to bring water into the complex.

• Must have valid Drivers License or Passport for proof of age

• Division winners receive Champions Trophy and Shirts.

• Teams caught cheating will automatically forfeit the remainder of the tournament and are not allowed back the following year.

• Granite Park Sports Complex will be charging all spectators an entrance fee. All tournament participants will be given a wristband that covers the gate fee. Participants that lose wristband will be required to pay Sports Complex Admission fee.
